Terms & Conditions of Scuba Systems Ltd.,

Delivery Information

  • Free Delivery - We deliver orders above €50 to anywhere in Malta within 4 working days for FREE, Monday to Friday. 

  • Free Delivery to Malta will take place from Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 17:00.

  • Standard Delivery - We deliver orders below €50 to anywhere in Malta within 4 working days, Monday to Friday. A €5 charge applies. 

  • Express Delivery to Malta - We offer same day deliver to Malta if order is placed until 13:00, Monday to Friday. In this case, a €10 charge applies. 

  • Express orders: The 4 hour timeframe counts from 9am till 3pm, Monday to Friday. 

  • Standard Delivery to Gozo - We deliver to anywhere in Gozo within 3 working days via courier, Monday to Friday. A €10 charge applies.

  • All Online orders can only be paid online.

  • All deliveries must be signed for.

Right to Withdrawal

  • You have the right to withdraw from an online sale agreement within 15 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period will expire 15 days after you receive the purchased product.

  • To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw before the withdrawal period has expired. To do so, you must send us an email on informing us that you would like to return the product purchased. 

  • In the event that we are unable to resolve a complaint with you directly, you have the right to refer the dispute to the EU’s Online Dispute Resolution Platform at

Effects Of Withdrawal

  • If you withdraw from an online sale, Scuba Systems Ltd., will reimburse any payment received from you, excluding the cost of delivery, within 15 days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw. Scuba Systems Ltd., will reimburse you using the same means of payments that you used to pay us, unless otherwise agreed.

  • The purchased product must be returned to Scuba Systems Ltd.,at your cost within 15 days of exercising your right of withdrawal to obtain a refund unless Scuba Systems Ltd., directs you otherwise.   Scuba Systems Ltd., may withhold reimbursement until we receive the product. The product must be returned undamaged, in its original packaging and with all the original contents. If you damage the product or it’s packaging,  no refund will be given and you will have to keep product.

Warranty Terms and Conditions

  • The Invoice itself is your Proof of Purchase.  We encourage you to keep this document.

  • Scuba Systems Ltd., guarantees that the products sold are free from defects, unless stated or agreed on the sale.

  • Unless stated otherwise the warranty period covers two (2) year from the date of purchase as documented by a valid proof of purchase (e.g. receipt/invoice/tech job sheet). These should be shown when requiring service under warranty. Not showing the mentioned documents may delay or void the warranty.

  • Parts replaced from the technical department have their warranty stated on the tech job sheet given to the client on pick-up.

  • Batteries have one (1) year warranty.

  • The product must be returned to Scuba Systems Ltd., in the rare case that it might be found defective.

  • Products' original packaging must also be kept in the best condition possible for the duration of the warranty.

  • Scuba Systems’  liability is limited to the cost of repair/replacement and does not cover any loss of user data in the case of dive computers.

  • Depending on the type of defect and product, Scuba Systems Ltd., must repair within reasonable time or replace the product. Should the product become discontinued, a similar product or a credit note will be given to the client. A full product replacement will only be considered within the discretion of Scuba Systems Ltd., if the product is deemed faulty and returned within one (1) month of purchase with the full original packaging, warranty card and receipt.

  • Scuba Systems Ltd., accepts returns of unwanted products within 15 days  but reserves the right to refuse such refund should the product have the full packaging missing, damaged or in a non-resaleable condition. 

  • Any returned products having a security seal will have to be returned with seal intact.   The warranty will be void if the seal is broken or tampered with and refund in this case will be refused.

  • There's a 15-day cooling down period for products bought online and delivered without seeing the product before the sale.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Defective products due to any malfunction, fire, overheating, flood, accident, negligence, misuse, improper handling/operation, acts of God and damages caused by over/under voltages, lightning and liquids.

  • Products that have been damaged due to unprofessional installation, repair, alteration or modification.

  • Consumables or parts requiring replacement due to wear and tear (e.g. straps or batteries)

  • Products with serial number label defaced, modified or removed.


A minimum fee of Euro 10  is incurred if:

  • The product is found to be working as it should.

  • The product is found to be out of warranty.

  • The defect is listed in the exclusions above.

  • The client refuses to proceed with out-of-warranty repairs.



All products carry the 2-year EU legal warranty where applicable and according to its terms and conditions.
